1. Order Cancellation
We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been confirmed. Please thoroughly review your selections, including color, size, and quantity, before confirming your order.

2. Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products or incorrect shipments. Please be sure to check the contents of your order upon arrival.
■ Cases where returns/exchanges are accepted
- If the delivered product has initial defects (damage, stains)
- If the delivered product differs from your order
■ Cases where returns/exchanges are not accepted
- More than one week (7 days) has passed since the product arrived
- Product tags/labels are damaged, detached, or lost
- Product has scratches, odors (pet odor, perfume, tobacco, etc.), or stains caused by the customer
【Regarding return shipping costs】
All shipping fees, handling charges, etc. required for the return and re-shipment of defective or incorrect products will be borne by us (please send via cash on delivery).
3. Size Exchanges
We accept size exchanges due to customer convenience, such as "the size didn't fit," only once per item.
If you wish to exchange a size, please contact us via email within one week of product arrival. After confirming the stock of the desired product, we will guide you through the specific size exchange procedure via email.
※Please note that for size exchanges, the round-trip shipping costs for returning the product (return shipping cost to us + shipping cost for re-shipment from us) will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Cases where size exchanges are not accepted
- More than one week (7 days) has passed since the product arrived
- Product tags/labels are damaged, detached, or lost
- Product has scratches, odors (pet odor, etc.), or stains caused by the customer
- Products purchased at a sale price (including those with discount coupons applied)
