Shipping & Delivery

To ensure prompt delivery, all our products are centrally managed at our domestic warehouse in Japan and shipped directly from Japan. Please see below for delivery procedures and shipping fees.

1. About Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for purchases totaling 3,980 yen or more.
For Okinawa, remote islands, and mountainous regions, shipping is free for purchases totaling 9,800 yen or more.
*Additional transit fees may apply for remote islands and some areas.

2. Delivery Days and Shipping Schedule

Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on weekdays: Same-day shipping

Orders placed after 12:00 PM on weekdays, or on weekends/holidays: Shipped on the next business day

*Please note that delivery may be delayed during sales periods, due to a high volume of orders, or due to adverse weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Shipping Carriers and Tracking Service

All items are delivered safely and securely by the following reliable major Japanese logistics companies:

  • Shipping Carriers: Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato) / Sagawa Express
  • *Customers cannot specify the shipping carrier, as it is automatically assigned based on package size and delivery region.
  • Tracking Service: Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your package's "tracking number (inquiry number)." You can check the delivery status at any time on each company's website.

Important Notes Regarding Shipping

  • Changes to the shipping address after an order is completed are only accepted before shipping procedures begin (until 12:00 PM on weekdays). Please note that any costs incurred for address changes (redirection) after shipping will be borne by the customer (cash on delivery).
  • If a package is returned to the warehouse due to a long absence or unknown address, the customer may be charged for round-trip shipping fees and handling charges. Please ensure you enter an address where you can reliably receive the package.
  • We do not ship overseas. Deliveries are limited to within Japan (Japan Shipping Only).
